Siromi
Siromi is a native of Colombo, SriLanka. She came to Atlanta in 1966 to teach Montessori. She has a B. A. in Home Economics and an AMI Montessori Degree. She joined the Meadowlands Montessori School (formally Morrow Montessori) in 1980 as a teacher. In 1983, the board of directors appointed her as head directress. She moved the school from Morrow to McDonough in 1998 and continued as head directress until March, 2010. She now works as one of the primary teachers after handing the school over to a new board of directors.

Emi A. Durand, Elementary Guide
Emi was born in New York and grew up in Puerto Rico. She attended the University of Puerto Rico and obtained a Bachelor's in Fine Arts. After graduating, she worked designing furniture and planning spaces. A year after her first child, Isabel, was born, she decided to attend the Institute for Guided Studies were she received the training for Montessori Primary and Elementary Guide. She has been teaching the Montessori method for seven years.

Amber
Amber is a native of Atlanta, GA. She attended Georgia Southern University and graduated with a degree in Human and Environmental Sciences. After returning to Atlanta, she worked in the Interior Design field for 4 years, and upon visiting her nephew's class at Meadowlands one afternoon, she was reminded of her own Montessori upbringing and decided to pursue certification in Upper Elementary Degree. Amber attended the North American Montessori Center and after receiving her certification started working as our Upper Elementary teacher for the 2009-2010 school year.

Deepika Kumudini Wickramasuriya
Hello my name is Deepika Kumudini Wickramasuriya. I'm known as Ms. Kumidini. I have been teaching as a primary teacher at Meadowlands Montessori School in Henry County, GA for the past five years. I also have seven years of experience as a primary school teacher at Musaeus College in Colombo, Sri Lanka. I hold a diploma in preschool and primary education in the Montessori Method. My Husband, Prasanna, works as the CEO of Ceylon Royal Tea LLC. We have three sons. The oldest son, Pravishka, is currently a junior at Georgia state university. My second son Mathishka is a sophomore at Union Grove High School. The Youngest one Ayeshka is a seventh grader at Union Grove Middle.
